Our Story

Ward Brothers Construction was founded in 2019 by brothers Douglas Ward and Darren Ward, whose shared work ethic and lifelong collaboration laid the foundation for the company. Less than two years apart in age, the brothers grew up working side by side sharing the same crews, the same job sites, and ultimately the same vision for building something of their own.

With backgrounds spanning oil and gas operations, residential construction, and large-scale field work, Douglas and Darren developed a deep respect for safety, precision, and reliability in demanding environments. That experience naturally led them into the communications and utility infrastructure space, where attention to detail and accountability are critical.

What began as a focused effort on antenna installations for AMI infrastructure quickly grew. As client needs expanded, so did Ward Brothers Construction’s capabilities. Today, the company provides tower construction up to 150 feet, AMI and communications equipment installation, and code-compliant lightning protection systems, all delivered with the same hands-on approach that built the company from day one.
